Welcome to Flawless Mobile Detail Spa. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://flawlessdetailspa.com website and engaging our mobile auto detailing services.
Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service.
1. Service Description
Flawless Mobile Detail Spa provides premium mobile auto detailing, ceramic coatings, and related vehicle care services. We are fully self-contained and perform all services "on-site" at a location specified by the client (e.g., home driveway, office parking lot), provided it is safe and legally permissible to operate our equipment there.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- ◆ Starting Prices: All prices listed on our website, booking portal, or communicated verbally are initial estimates based on average vehicle sizes and standard conditions.
- ◆ Final Pricing: The final price of the service is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival. Factors such as excessive pet hair, heavy staining, severe paint defects, biological hazards, or oversized vehicles may incur additional surcharges.
- ◆ We will communicate any necessary adjustments to the estimated price and obtain your approval before proceeding with the service.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We allocate significant time and resources to provide spa-level care specifically for your vehicle. We ask that you respect our schedule as we respect yours.
- ◆ 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- ◆ Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or failure to be present/provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time ("no-show"), will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
- ◆ Weather Policy: As a mobile service, our operations are subject to safe weather conditions. If severe weather prevents us from safely performing the service, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at no penalty.
4. Client Responsibilities and Service Area
- ◆ Access: The client must ensure that Flawless Mobile Detail Spa has physical access to the vehicle, the keys (if interior work is booked), and a safe area to work around the vehicle (with sufficient clearance to open all doors fully).
- ◆ Personal Belongings: Prior to our arrival, clients must remove all personal belongings, weapons, cash, and valuables from the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost items or the cleaning of heavily cluttered compartments. If the vehicle is excessively full of personal items, we may decline to clean those areas or request they be removed before proceeding.
- ◆ Service Areas: We primarily serve Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding South Florida areas. Out-of-area requests may be subject to travel fees, explicitly agreed upon prior to confirmation.
5. Service Limitations and Vehicle Condition
- ◆ Pre-existing Damage: We document pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, tears, failing clear coat, loose interior trim) before beginning work. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that become more apparent once dirt/grime is removed.
- ◆ Safety Hazards: We reserve the right to refuse service involving biohazards (e.g., excessive mold, bodily fluids, dangerous materials) or vehicles with significant structural damage that poses a safety risk to our team.
- ◆ Expected Results: While we strive for flawless results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, or deep scratch. Perfection is subjective, and results are limited by the condition of the surface being treated.
6. Liability, Damages, and Satisfaction Guarantee
- ◆ Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us before your detailer leaves the location, or within 24 hours via contact methods provided. We will attempt to rectify the specific issue promptly. No refunds are provided after the service has been completed and accepted.
- ◆ Limitation of Liability: Flawless Mobile Detail Spa will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited solely to the total cost of the service provided to the client.
7. Media and Marketing
We frequently document our work with photographs and videos for quality assurance, portfolio showcases, and marketing purposes on social media or our website. We make reasonable efforts to obscure license plates upon request. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed for marketing purposes, please inform us prior to the start of the service.
8. VIP Concierge and Subscriptions
Clients participating in recurring maintenance plans (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) must maintain their scheduled frequency to retain discounted rates. Missed appointments may result in the following service being charged at a higher tier (e.g., returning to a "Level 1" price if maintenance schedule lapses) to account for additional wear and buildup.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
